Our caring and compassionate veterinary care team!

Meet the Veterinarians & Team of Bell Veterinary Clinic in Metamora and Oxford! We’re pleased to provide exceptional vet care for your pets!

Dr. Richard and Wendy Bell, Founders

Since 2005, Dr. Bell and Wendy Bell have led Bell veterinary clinic in Metamora in both medicine and client service. Their beliefs in great medicine and focusing on the client experience, allowed the practice to grow until their retirement in 2020. With the addition of Dr Dietlin to the Bell Metamora team, they had the confidence that they were leaving the practice and their clients in great hands. They are now able to enjoy the Florida sunshine and all that Florida has to offer and we are excited for them to be able to spend much deserved time with family and friends.

Or jamming along to her favorite country star, Garth Brooks, anyone else have friends in low places?

Tamara Moin, DVM

Dr. Moin, or “Dr. T.” around the office, first got involved in veterinary care when she was sixteen. Landing her first job at her local clinic, she fell in love, and this ignited her passion for veterinary medicine. From there she worked in nearly every position within a veterinary practice, from cleaning kennels to pharmaceuticals representative, to managing clinics, all leading her towards succeeding at her ultimate goal, adding 3 letters to the end of her name, DVM. Dr. T is an advocate of creating a holistic approach and tailoring the care to each animal and client, creating a perfect blend of eastern and western medicine. Dr. T.’s favorite aspect of being a veterinarian is preserving and educating on the powers of the human-animal bond. The connection of trust between people and animals both syncing and thriving, introduced a passion for service and working animals alike. When Dr. T is away from hanging with your furry kid(s), she is with her own (and her not as furry son and husband). She also Grew up riding and caring for horses in addition to her passion for working animals she actively partnered with Equine Guided Learning, matching individuals, veterans, and children with emotional support horses! To add to her plethora of skills and passions, Dr.T can be found practicing her newest hobby of mounted archery, she credits that this has helped refine her sense of concentration and focus when tasked with new projects in and out of work. If you hear tunes in the airwaves it may be Dr. T. jamming to “That’s My GIrl” by Fifth Harmony on her way to the clinics; bringing the same energy of 90s era funk, flex, and gratitude to every room. Dr. T. is thrilled to be a part of our team!
